The founder

Meet Mike Nunn.

Mike has spent his career inside operations, leading manufacturing, IT and service businesses through the messy reality of growth. Time and again he saw the same thing: what looked like a revenue problem was really an operations problem, and what looked like a people problem was really a system problem. VITO is the assessment and operating system he built to turn that pattern into something repeatable.
